At the heart of Vault Bistro & Speakeasy is our Head Chef, Adam.
With a passion for bold flavours, seasonal produce, and thoughtful cooking, he leads the kitchen with creativity, care, and a genuine love for great food.
Adam’s focus on fresh, locally sourced ingredients means our menus are always evolving, showcasing the very best each season has to offer. Since joining the team, he’s brought new energy and ideas to the kitchen, elevating our dishes while staying true to the relaxed, flavour-led dining experience Vault is known for.
Blending classic culinary techniques with contemporary creativity, Adam creates menus that are both exciting and approachable. Each dish is carefully balanced, combining quality ingredients, vibrant flavours, and a touch of innovation.
